Tankless water heater manufacturers including Bosch, Ecosmart, Navien, Noritz, Rheem, Rinnai, Takagi and others recommend flushing annually depending on how hard the local water supply is. Our service area in Southern California has a very hard water supply. Flushing removes calcium and scale build up, ensuring optimal performance and maintains the manufacturer’s warranty.

Appointments take approximately one hour to one and a half hours.

We use a biodegradable, all natural product that reacts with minerals in the system to wash them away. Although we completely flush your system, the product is safe enough to consume and bathe in.

Due to variations in the length of appointments and travel time between our valuable customer’s homes, please allow a grace period of plus or minus 30 minutes of your appointment time. Your technician will communicate with you on the day of your appointment and let you know if he or she expects to arrive a little before or after the set appointment time.
